Return & Refund Policy

At IslandCultureClub, all items are made to order through our print-on-demand process. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or preference.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@onlyonsxm.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and, if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items
All products are custom-made and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. This includes sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure about sizing or product details, please review our sizing guides or contact us before placing your order.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued for approved cases involving defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply, as permitted under EU law for personalized or made-to-order goods.
